Insights into the programme:

SHARING GOOD PRACTICIES FROM OUR REALITIES – workshop is based on the learning from each other approach, that is why we will create space for participants to share experiences of community development, partnership building form their own realities. In the same time we will give an opportunity to experience polish good practices: Ekomuzeum Dobkow – in fact the place we will live in, and Living Library – a method answering the needs of the local community.

ME AS A LEADER – leaders role may be rewarding but challenging in the same time. During simulation activities we will have a chance to reflect on the way we interact with others. We will discuss characteristics of a good leader, challenges he or she is facing and possible solutions.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT METHODS – definitely motivation and energy  of the leader are letting the communities grow, but – there are as well very specific, structured methods which can support the leader in making the change happen. One of them is Appriciative Inquire.

USE OF ICT (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES) IN LOCAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT – how to use the potential of websites, blogs, facebook, twitter, dropbox for communication and for promotion.
